Hello
With 8 years of experience in the recruitment industry, I’ve successfully placed over 100 professionals across multiple industries throughout the UK, Germany, and the Nordics. My background spans both corporate and boutique environments, where I’ve delivered on permanent and contract hires, and earned recognition through individual and team awards.
My Story

I'm originally from the Philippines, grew up in Ireland, and later moved to England for university, where I've been ever since. I'm a tech enthusiast who also enjoys staying active, and travelling as it helps keep me in a good headspace. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. I'm naturally curious and enjoy build real connections
I didn’t start my career in sales.
Before recruitment, I worked in hospitality, speaking to customers every day, learning how to listen, understand, and connect. Those people skills became my foundation.

I’d always had a passion for technology, so in 2017, I took the leap into IT recruitment with one of the global leaders in the field. I was fortunate. From day one, I was mentored by two of the company’s top global billers. They taught me the value of hard work, building genuine partnerships, and truly listening to people, not just hearing them.
I absorbed everything like a sponge, learning not only from my mentors but from anyone willing to share their experience. By 2018, I had won Rookie of the Year, and in 2019, Team of the Year.
Then Covid hit...
Like many in the industry, it was the toughest period of my career. But it also opened a door and gave me the opportunity to take on something new. I moved into Salesforce CRM contract recruitment while also cross-selling permanent services. It was challenging, exciting… but in the background, I couldn’t shake a thought I’d carried for years: starting my own business.

My mum was a business owner. Many of my friends were, too. The idea of building something from the ground up, shaped by my own values, felt like my calling. But comfort is a tricky thing. I had a secure role, good results, and yet… I knew I still lacked the experience to make the leap.
That’s when a directorship opportunity came along at a renewable energy agency. My job? Help build the business from scratch. I said yes.

I expected the transition to be overwhelming. A new industry, new job titles, and a steep learning curve. Instead, I discovered something that changed my entire perspective: industry “specialisation” is often just a marketing façade. True recruitment expertise isn’t about an industry; it’s about people. The real specialisation is being able to listen, to truly understand a client’s goals, challenges, and pain points, and a candidate’s ambitions, motivations, and concerns. It’s about connecting the two in a way that solves a hiring challenge for the business while creating a career-defining opportunity for the individual. When you do that well, the industry doesn’t matter.

Over eight years in recruitment, I’ve successfully placed talent across IT, Finance, Engineering, Renewables, Project Development, and beyond. More than 100 hires later, what I value most aren’t the numbers, but the lasting partnerships I’ve built with the people behind them. That’s when I realised I’m not an “industry specialist,” I’m a human specialist.
